How long have you been working for Biddle?
I have been working for Biddle for 31 years. I first started as an Estimator for the Perimeter Heating product group. With time, I progressed to different product groups, became Product Manager of the Heating and Ventilation sector, the Fan Coil sector, then the Air Curtain sector, more recently to Director of Sales for Industry and then to my current role of Commercial Manager, specialising in Products for the Schools Sector, heavily supporting Consultants and Contractor design and installations.
What is your favourite thing about your role and why?
I enjoy utilising my Project Management expertise into variety of schools projects, which require creative thinking and commercial awareness. Visiting customers on-site is also interesting, as every project has its own challenges.
What is your favourite Biddle product and why?
My favourite Biddle product is from the Forceflow Fan Convector range because of its versatile use. Dealing constantly with educational establishments such as schools and academies, I often advise on Biddle Fan Convectors as they are trustworthy and represent a sensible solution to a variety of projects due to the wide range of casing styles and options available.
